Manual Logout to Queues

  1. Click on the presence icon next to your Supervisor extension 

  1. A pull-down menu will appear and select the Remove from <your queue> e.g. OC-DEMO-EN

  1. Repeat this step for all queues you want to logout from.
  2. After Logout from your queues your will no longer see yourself in the Queues

  1. Agent is logout from All queues
