How-to PAUSE yourself

  1. Select from the pulldown menu the prefered Pause / AUX code, e.g. Break / DND

  1. Your Presence Icon next to your Supervisor extension will change to the selected pause code.

  1. Your Status Icon in the Queue window will display a clock indicating you are on pause

  1. You are now paused in all queues.

Note: You can not pause yourself in individual queues, pauses are call centre wide.
