Blind / Cold transfer to External Extension

A Blind / Cold transfer will forward the caller to the selected External Number without any confirmation or interaction, once you press Blind transfer your extension will become available again for the next caller.

1. While on the phone with caller, Key in the Number you want to transfer to (1) e.g. 0386892800

2. Press the blind transfer button (2) on the top toolbar
3. The call is transferred to the selected External Number
