Login to OCCP

1. Browse to https://satu.orencloud.com:8020

Note: If you experience any issues refer to Appendix “OCCP Login Issues”

2. At the login screen key in your agent extension and password.

4. After login you will be prompted with a “Login to Queue” pop-up
5. Select the Queue(s) you want to login to and click “Accept”
6. 
7. Now you are login to your queue(s) i.e. As shown below, agent 8115-Frank is log in to 10004 OC-DEMO-EN and 10005 OC-DEMO-MY queues
