Logout from OCCP

IMPORTANT: Before logout from OCCP and/or close the browser window it is important to properly logout from all queues. -if you are login to any queue-

LOGOUT from QUEUES

1. Click on the presence icon next to your Supervisor extension

2. A pull-down menu will appear and select the Remove from > <your queue> e.g. OC-DEMO-EN

3. Repeat this step for all queues you want to logout from.
4. After Logout from your queues your will no longer see yourself in the Queues 

LOGOUT from OCCP

5. Click on the user icon on top right corner of the browser and click LOGOUT and YES to confirm.
