How-to UNPAUSE yourself

  1. Select from the pulldown menu option Available

  1. Your Presence Icon next to your Supervisor extension will change to available.

  1. Your Status Icon in the Queue window will display the available status (green agent icon)

  1. You are now unpaused in all queues.

Note: You can not pause yourself in individual queues, pauses are call centre wide.
