Call Pickup

Use this option to pickup a call from an agent phone that is ringing, example, you see Agent 8115 phone is ringing but Agent is not at his/her place, click the Agent extension, which then will be highlighted blue and click the pickup button, The call will be routed to your extension, your phone will ring and you are able to pickup the call.
