OUC: Reset the Mobile OUC App

How to Reset the Mobile OUC for both iOS and Android

iOS

1. Open the Mobile OUC App.
2. Tap the Setup Icon (located at the Keypad screen)

3. In Setting window, tap "Reset Application"

4. In the confirmation pop-up, tap "Reset"

5. Done

Android

1. Open the Mobile OUC App.
2. Tap on the 3 dots (located at the Keypad screen)

3. Tap on Settings

4. In Setting window, tap "Reset Application"

5. In the confirmation po-up, tap "OK"

6. Done
