A blind / unattended transfer is a transfer without checking if the receiving party wants or can take the call. 1. During an active call press the Transfer Button 2. The Keypad will appear. 3. Key in the number you want to transfer the call to and press the dial button -or- select a number from your Contacts and tap/click the number. 4. The Transferring Call screen will appear and will show the call is "On Hold" until the receiving party answers. 5. Once the remote party answers the call the call will be transferred and your OUC will be idle again.
