OUC Desktop Error "No network connection" during start of Desktop OUC Application

When you start ORENcloud OUC Desktop, 1st time or after an logout, and you get the error "No network connection" (screenshot below), please ensure that the IP's and Ports are not blocked on your firewall.

Please follow this KB articles stipulating which IP's and Ports to open.
