Firewall ports required to use voice and data on OCCP / OMRP (Call Centre Related)

OCCP & OMRP requires several ports to be opened outbound to our server(s).

Depending on which server you are on, the firewall rule assumed here is

Source = You

Destination = OC Servers (Check your welcome email) except for Google STUN server
Note: If you don't know your Destination/OC Servers please send an email to [email protected] requesting this inof

8089* TCP Audio Outbound to your Orencloud server(s)
8088* TCP Audio Outbound to your Orencloud server(s)
4445 TCP Daemon Outbound to your Orencloud server(s)
3478 UDP/TCP Audio Outbound to stun1.oren.cloud or 157.230.245.31
49152-65535 UDP Audio Inbound & Outbound from/to stun1.oren.cloud or 157.230.245.31
7000-9000 UDP Audio Inbound & Outbound from/to your Orencloud server(s)

Note: If you also use ORENCloud AstiosUC Softphone's, for example if you also subscribe to any Cloud Office / BigValue plan and/or you do not use the webphone (OCCP) to make and receive calls (i.e you have a softphone installed or hardware phone), Services please also check KB article Firewall Setting & Ports required to use voice for AstiosUC (AUC) Softphone (Back-Office)
