A Attended / Warm transfer you do if you want to verify / discuss with the selected destination before transferring the caller, while you verify with the attended destination the caller will be put on-hold.
- While on the phone with caller, click the extension you want to warm transfer the call to, in this example warm transfer to Agent 8005

- The target Extension / Agent will be highlighted with a BLUE border colour
- Press the supervised transfer
button on the top toolbar
- The caller will be put on-hold and the selected Extension / Agent will ring
- After the selected Extension / Agent has answered the call and;-
- Accepts to take the caller you hang up the call and the caller will be transferred to the selected Extension / Agent.
- Not Accepts to take the caller you ask the selected Extension / Agent to hang up the call and the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
- If selected agent does not pick up the phone within ~15sec the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
