A blind / unattended transfer is a transfer without checking if the receiving party wants or can take the call.
1. During an active call press the Transfer Button
2. The Keypad will appear.
3. Key in the number you want to transfer the call to and press the dial button -or- select a number from your Contacts and tap/click the number.
TIP: If you want to cancel the transfer at this point tab on the top green "Dial to Transfer" and you will get the caller back.
4. The Transferring Call screen will appear and will show the call is "On Hold" until the receiving party answers.
TIP: If you want to cancel the transfer at this point tab on the HOLD button and you will get the caller back.
5. Once the remote party answers the call the call will be transferred and your OUC will be idle again.
