Blind / Cold transfer to Internal Extension

A Blind / Cold transfer will forward the caller to the selected Extension / Agent without any confirmation or interaction, once you press Blind transfer your extension will become available again for the next caller.

  1. While on the phone with caller, click the extension you want to blind transfer the call to, in this example blind transfer to Extension / Agent 8005

  1. The target Extension / Agent will be highlighted with a BLUE border colour
  2. Press the blind transfer button on the top toolbar
  3. The call is transferred to the selected Extension / Agent
