A Blind / Cold transfer will forward the caller to the selected Extension / Agent without any confirmation or interaction, once you press Blind transfer your extension will become available again for the next caller.
- While on the phone with caller, click the extension you want to blind transfer the call to, in this example blind transfer to Extension / Agent 8005

- The target Extension / Agent will be highlighted with a BLUE border colour
- Press the blind transfer
button on the top toolbar
- The call is transferred to the selected Extension / Agent
