There are 6 Pause / AUX code, these are;-

Break

Typically a short break, cigarette, bathroom, etc.

Wrapup
|
This is typically when you need extended time to WrapUp after a call to to do administrative tasks related to the call such as fill in forms, populate responses to a CRM, etc.

When selecting this option you will be prompted to give a reason, this reason will be recorded in the reporting and monitoring tool.
This option can also be used instead of Break if -for example- you want agents to record down bathroom breaks, or cigarette breaks, in such cases you inform agents whenever they want to have a cigarette break to select Other and give as reason “cigaretteâ€
