Attended / Warm transfer to External Number

A Attended / Warm transfer you do if you want to verify / discuss with the selected destination before transferring the caller, while you verify with the attended destination the caller will be put on-hold.

  1. While on the phone with caller, key in the destination number in the entry field (screenprint, point1)
  2. Press the “supervised transfer” button on the top toolbar (screenprint, point2)
  3. The caller will be put on-hold and the Destination will be called.
  4. After the Destination has answered the call and;-
    1. Accepts to take the caller you hang up the call and the caller will be transferred to the Destination.
    2. Not Accepts to take the caller you ask the Destination to hang up the call and the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
    3. If the Destination does not pick up the phone within ~15sec the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
