A Attended / Warm transfer you do if you want to verify / discuss with the selected destination before transferring the caller, while you verify with the attended destination the caller will be put on-hold.
- While on the phone with caller, key in the destination number in the entry field (screenprint, point1)
- Press the “supervised transferâ€
button on the top toolbar (screenprint, point2)
- The caller will be put on-hold and the Destination will be called.
- After the Destination has answered the call and;-
- Accepts to take the caller you hang up the call and the caller will be transferred to the Destination.
- Not Accepts to take the caller you ask the Destination to hang up the call and the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
- If the Destination does not pick up the phone within ~15sec the caller will be taken off on-hold and you are able to talk to the caller again.
